Tung’s Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital provides designated motorcycle parking areas for patients and visitors:

- Second Motorcycle Parking Lot
- Flat rate: NT$20 per entry
- Accessible parking spaces are available for persons with disabilities.
Please park only in designated motorcycle areas and follow on-site directions from hospital staff.

Revolving Door Entrance
The hospital’s main entrance is equipped with a revolving door designed to reduce dust, wind, and insects entering from the coastal area, maintaining a clean and comfortable lobby environment. The door features motion sensors that automatically adjust its speed to match the walking pace of visitors. In case of crowd congestion or an accidental fall, the system will automatically stop to ensure safety. For wheelchair users or patients with limited mobility, our security staff will gladly open the side entrance to assist you with care and convenience.
Spacious and Comfortable Lobby
Guided by the hospital president’s philosophy of “patient-centered care,” we strive to create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for everyone entering the hospital. The lobby features a bright, high-ceilinged space illuminated by large skylights, allowing natural sunlight to fill the area and bring warmth to patients waiting or resting. The nearby Starbucks Coffee fills the air with a pleasant aroma, and occasional live music performances enhance the soothing environment—helping patients feel calm and at ease during their visit.
International Medical Service Center Reception
To the right of the main entrance, the International Medical Service Center Reception welcomes patients from around the world. Designed with a bright and comfortable interior, the reception area showcases stories of international patients and educational health videos, reflecting both professionalism and compassion. The center also provides consultation services and temporary baggage storage to make each patient’s hospital visit more convenient.
Shuttle Bus Service
For the convenience of patients and families, the hospital offers a shuttle bus service connecting major destinations and nearby areas. For detailed schedules and routes, please visit the information counter in the main lobby. Our staff will gladly assist you in arranging safe and comfortable transportation.
